Mining company KazMinerals in East Kazakhstan adds a Paus UNI 50-3 PK to its fleet of mining vehicles. Paus UNI 50-3 PK has a capacity of more than 20 persons and is configured for tough underground operation. The installed Mercedes engine type OM904LA has an output of 129kW at 2,200 rpm. The machine is equipped with an open driver's cab and passenger cabin, an automatic Lincoln lubrication system and an automatic Protecfire fire extinguishing system.

KazMinerals continues to invest in new technology. Two new stone crushing systems from ASTEC/BTI have been delivered today. The MRH16 crushers are equipped with BX20S size hydraulic breakers and are designed for underground applications. The two systems are controlled and operated by a joystick construction in the middle of which an ergonomic suspension seat offers the operator a comfortable workplace.

KazMinerals continues to upgrade and again relies on the Minca 18A PK from Paus! The Minca holds 18 persons and is configured for tough underground use. As an option, the all-terrain vehicle has also been equipped with a JEC connection, closed driver and passenger cabins, additional window protection made of steel mesh and a heating system. In addition, there is a hydraulic lifting/lowering device for the driver's cab and a manual fire extinguishing system of the Protecfire type.

The mining company Kazzinc/Glencore in Kazakhstan extends its Paus fleet by one Paus UNI50-3 LP-K. The used Mercedes engine type OM904 delivers a power output of 129kW at 2,200 rpm. The machine is equipped with a closed driver's cab, heating system, air conditioning, an automatic Lincoln lubricating system and a manual Protecfire extinguishing system. As a special feature, an extensive video system has also been integrated into the UNI50.

On September 4th we delivered a brand new grader from Paus. The exact type is PG10HA. Equipped with a 127 kW, Cummins QSB 4.5 diesel engine, automatic Lincoln lubrication system, a manual Protecfire fire extinguishing system and a second blade, the grader will soon start its service at "Nova Zink", as a part of UMMC (URAL MINING AND METTALURGICAL COMPANY, in Kazakhstan. There it will grade the underground roads and so significantly improve the driving conditions of the deployed underground vehicles.
